Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
A refundable deposit of $700.00 and 50% of total charges will be required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% of total charges must be received in advance of 30 days prior to arrival. A 10% Transient tax and $155 Cleaning fee is added to all stays.
House keys that is not returned will be a $10.00 deduction (or delayed) from the refundable security deposit

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be given 30 days in advance as well as any changes to your reservation. Upon receipt of your timely cancellation, we will refund you 50% of the initial deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are responsible for the full stay.

| |
All reservations are subject to a housekeeping charge of $155.00 for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your statement. The initial bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Extra towels are provided for homes with pools/hot tubs. Guests are asked to leave the house with trash gathered and left in the garbage bins inside the garage, dishes washed or dishwasher started and furniture arranged as upon arrival. If the house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be charged for additional cleaning charges. Our housekeeping staff will make the final preparations of the house for the next guests.
