An imprint of a credit card will be taken as a security deposit at check in at the Property Management Office where keys and directions will be picked up. No extra charges will be incurred unless there is damage or extra cleaning for our home. You will be promptly notified of any additional charges

Cancellation Policy: A nonrefundable 25% deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations within 60 days of occupancy will be refunded to the extent we can re-rent less a $100 processing fee.
