	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. $160 cleaning costs...includes sheets, Bathing Towels, Body/hand Soap, Shampoo, Paper Towels & Toilet Paper. (firewood not included). 10% Occupancy Tax......required by the city of South Lake Tahoe. Plus a $35.00 Hot Tub charge.....for Cleaning, etc. PEAK SEASON: Prices start at................ $375.00 per night (can vary by month/Holiday). OFF SEASON: Prices start at................ $325.00 per night.
	Cancellation Policy: $500 Deposit to hold property. Deposit is refundable-based on no damage and following the rules...also, it applies to late cancellations. Our goal is to mail your deposit within 3 weeks after your departure.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
