Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

Spring/Summer rates:- $1200-$1600/month
Includes allowance for basic utilities.
Inquire about Winter rates.
One-time $100 cleaning fee.
Discounts available for longer stays or payment by check, EFT.

Cancellation Policy: Once we receive payment from you, we will reserve dates for your exclusive use. If you must cancel for any reason, we will refund your fees up until 30 days prior to your expected arrival date. Within 30 days, we will refund the fees minus a $250 deposit. However, reservations during holidays are non-refundable. We will do our best to reschedule your stay at a time convenient to you. We are not responsible for inclement weather or anything else that might cause a delay or cancellation of your trip. If you get snowed in, you will be financially responsible for any extra days that you stay, or we can recommend some local hotels. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: A copy of the condo association rules and regulations and house rules will be provided with your rental application. Rental of our condo means that you will abide by these rules and regulations. If you lose or damage anything in the condo, we will withhold part or all of your deposit or ask you for the full replacement cost. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.
