POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rate are in US funds. 2 Night Minimum. Based on Occupancy of 12 Persons. The Rates are subject to change without notice. Christmas & New Years rent by the week, $2400 + city room taxes, for seven nights. Rental Rates include bath towels,kitchen towels,bed linens,blankets,pillows,bed spreads. Limited house cleaning service is provided on the last day of the rental period. See our rental agreement for details. !0% city room taxes + $1.50 per day on top of rents quoted. Pet charges are $25 per day per pet + city taxes. High season rates apply to all National Holiday Periods with a three day minimum rental of $700 + tax.
	Cancellation Policy: The security deposit and rents paid in advance,may not be refunded if the cancelation request is made less then two weeks before the scheduled rental dates. However,It is the Owner's standard practice, to refund all moneys if the dates canceled are re-rented by other parties. There is no refund made, if the renter's have to vacate the premises before their scheduled departure date.

MAID SERVICE :

This is a self catering rental. There is a Caretaker that cleans the home before and after each rental period. The beds are made for your arrival and will be stripped and remade after your departure. Exception: All renters are asked to pick up any litter brought onto the property,empty all waste baskets and thoroughly clean the kitchen on the last day before departure. Wash all dishes and cooking ware,clean out the refrigerator inside and out. Clean counters,stove top,sinks,and mop the floor. Do not leave any food items in the home. Please allow enough time for the automatic dishwasher to complete its cycle,remove all items and return them to their proper cupboards.
