	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Christmas & Easter Weeks (2 weeks each)-:> $1,500US per week. Deposit required to reserve the dates then reverts to a security deposit and returned after your stay (per the rental agreement). Payment for stay due 30 days prior to dates reserved.
	Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice for full refund. Please refer to rental agreement. Discounted extended stays during the low season. Please contact us for more information
	Rules: Great place to relax and enjoy. Great family fun. NON SMOKING.Remodeled with those with Respiratory Disabilities, allergies, MCS in mind. This is a NON SMOKING residence that is pesticide free and cleaned with non-toxic cleaning products. Since everyone with the above listed ailments are at varying degrees, please communicate with us any of your concerns or needs prior to making a reservation. Have more than 5 in your party? MAID SERVICE :

After decades of staying in hotels we are particular about the cleaning that is done before and (basic cleaning) after your stay. There is no addional charge for basic cleaning.
