Rules:
Thank you for choosing Chase International Luxury Lodging for your vacation rental. We look forward to your visit to Lake Tahoe. Your confirmation explains lodging amount, related charges, and property description. Additionally, the following information will be useful in enhancing your stay with us.
1. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M., and check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
2. Your credit card will remain on file and be charged for any loss of inventory or need for additional cleaning.
3. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rental properties. 4. Pets are not allowed unless booked into properties that specifically allow them for an additional fee.
5. Please lock premises and return keys to office. If keys are lost, left in unit or you lock yourself out of the unit, there will be a retrieval / replacement charge of at least $50.
6. Guest agrees to assume responsibility for transportation to the property. Inconvenience caused by weather, disruption of utilities, or winter road conditions may occur at times in snow and mountain areas and do not invalidate this Vacation Rental Agreement, nor will these circumstances warrant any financial compensation.
7. Tenants agree to hold owner harmless as to any damage or injury to self or property resulting from accident, injury, or loss due to rain, snow, sale of property, flood negligence, fire, theft, construction or other reasons.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this reservation without further notice if payments are not received by the due dates specified above. Failure to comply with any of the terms of your Vacation Rental Agreement contained herein may result in the loss of your rental deposit. In the event you must cancel this reservation, notification must be in writing.
