Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

"Long Weekend" Holidays:$300/night (3 night minimum.

$150 Cleaning Fee and 10% Truckee Occupancy Tax Will Apply.

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Checks or cash preferred. We accept Paypal, but respectfully request renter to pay all Paypal fees for this type of transaction.

 
Cancellation Policy: See contract for details.
 
Rules: Absolutely no smoking. If you or anyone in your party smokes, this is not the rental for you. Sorry, allergies prevent us from allowing pets. Maximum occupancy 6 adults/8 people max. See contract for additional rules.

  MAID SERVICE :
  The cabin will be profesionally cleaned after each guests' stay, and all linens, cleaning products and paper products you'll need are included in the $150 cleaning fee. Additional cleanings can be scheduled throughout your stay at $150 per visit.
