Payment Policy:
Our rates are $180/night for 2-3 nights and $160/night for 4 or more nights. There is a 4 night minimum during the summer months. 2-3 night stays during the summer are considered when booking less than a week before stay or when only 2 or 3 nights are available on the calendar.
Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte at $5 per person per day.
All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or overly dirty conditions.

Cancellation Fees:
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit will be credited towards your rent. There is a $50 fee for cancellations prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $200 fee for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.
