	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. 50% at time of booking, balance due 30 days before arrival. If final payment is not made 30 days prior to arrival, reservation will be canceled with no refund.
	Cancellation Policy: If canceled greater than 45 days prior to arrival 90% of the payment will be refunded. 45 days or less prior to arrival, 90% will be refunded if the condominium is rerented for the entire period of the reservation.
	Rules: No Smoking,No Pets, No Parties.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Mountain

MAID SERVICE :

Check out maid service is included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional charge.
