Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, traveler’s checks, cashier’s check, personal/business checks, or money orders in US Dollars only. In order to hold your reservation, 50% of the total rental, assessments and taxes due must be received within 7 days of booking. For the Holiday Season, the final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. For all other rental periods, the final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $500 Damage Deposit, not subject to tax, is required with the final payment. Extra cleaning, excessive wear and/or damage, missing contents, lost keys, or other surcharges, may be charged against this deposit. Once payment is submitted, the cancellation policy takes effect.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or date changes must be received in writing (mail or email) at least 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for holiday reservations) in order to receive a refund. No refund will be given on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for the Holiday reservations) unless we are able to re-book the unit for an amount equal to or greater than the original reservation rate and duration of stay. Every effort will be made to re-book the unit. All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 10% of the total rental amount. There will be no refunds or credits for early departures. In the event the premises become unavailable due to the sale of the property or circumstances beyond the control of the Manager, every effort will be made to find comparable accommodations for Renter(s). If comparable accommodations are not found, or found but not accepted by Renter(s), all monies received from Renter(s) fee will refunded. No interest will be paid on any refunds.
