Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds.
6 Bedroom Rates
April 15, 2006 - November 15, 2006:- $1100/night, 3 night minimum
November 16, 2006 - December 14, 2006:- $1200/night, 3 night minimum
December 15, 2006 - January 5, 2007:- $2400/night, 7 night minimum
January 6, 2007 - March 2, 2007:- $1700/night, 5 night minimum (3/4 nights: Call for availability & pricing)
March 3, 2007 - April 15, 2007:- $1300/night, 5 night minimum (3/4 nights: Call for availability & pricing).
Each child 2 years or older is counted as one. For larger groups, additional per-person charges of $50/person/night may apply. Sales tax, lodging tax, and maid services are not included in the above rates. Parties of 20 or more people are subject to a $250 charge per occurrence. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING allowed!
In addition to the above rates, a security deposit of $1500 is required per rental. The security deposit, in full or a portion thereof, will be refunded within 60 days of departure. Deposit may be applied against, but not limited to, damages beyond "normal wear and tear", breakage, non-reported extra per-person charges, non-reported gatherings in excess of 20 people (per occurrence), fire alarm charges, water damage resulting from negligence, unusual cleaning charges including smoking odor removal, or any other circumstances deemed extraordinary. Security deposits are due with final payment 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for holidays.
A 50% deposit by check is required within 10 days of making a reservation. The balance of 50% plus tax is due, by check, 60** days prior to arrival date (**90 days prior for holidays). Any deposit not received within the prescribed 10 days voids the reservation.
