Payment Policy:
US Dollars only. We accept all credit cards, personal checks, cashier's check. Quoted rates do not include 12.55% occupancy taxes.

Cancellation Policy:
50% required to hold reservations. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. SEPARATE $250 damage deposit required. This is refunded after departure and unit has been cleaned and inspected for damages.

Rules:
NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Must display parking permit. Failure to do so will result in your vehicle being towed. One car only, please. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
