	Payment Policy: All payments should be made in US Dollars. One half rental due at booking with balance plus $2000 deposit due 60 days before arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund less 10% handling fee beyond 60 days before arrival. Less than 60 days before arrival, refund to equal amount of any replacement rental less 10% handling fee.
	Rules: Smoking permitted only on patio. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
