Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Hot tub rules should be posted in clear sight of the hot tub.
You can deposit the garbage at the building to the left after leaving the condo.
Other rules are posted at the Pioneer Club.

The departure cleaning fee of $55.00 is charged to the owner. There are a few options with regard to additional housekeeping services if requested. You can have daily “trash and towel” services performed. With this, the housekeepers will take out the trash and tidy the kitchen area. The charge for this service is $15.00. You can also schedule a midweek clean for the property. With this, they do not perform a total clean, but they will clean major areas and replace all towels and linens as requested. The charge for this service is $35.00
