Holidays ........... $155/night. (3/night minimum).
$250 Refundable Reservation/Security Deposit required, refundable if cancellations are given 30 days in advance of arrival date. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival the security deposit is nonrefundable. We make every effort to rebook the home and will refund your total security deposit if we are able to do so for your reserved time.
