Payment Policy:
All rates are in US funds.
Two nights rent as downpayment within 10 days after booking. Balance with 5.75% taxes on total rent due 30 days in advance of arrival.
CLEANING CHARGE on stays of less than 5 nights is $35 per hotel rooms 112 and 117 and $50 for the studio room 116. There is no tax on cleaning charges.
Discounts on weekly stays.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 45 day prior to arrival date forfeit deposit unless the unit is rebooked.

Rules:
This is a no smoking unit and We are sorry but pets are not allowed. We also ask our guests to remove footwear on the porch or in the hallway and to go shoeless in the condo.
