POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US dollars and ARE FLEXIBLE. I want a "WIN/WIN" for both of us! Rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. $300 security deposit required. Credit cards accepted thru Pay Pal. $100 reserves house. 10% of the rent would be paid in a separate check to one of 2 non-profits. (you receive the tax credit)
	Cancellation Policy: 30 day cancellation notice required
	Rules: NO SMOKING NO PET Basic policy will be emailed in an attachment. All guests need to be in agreement with the policy prior to acceptance of reservation. Damage beyond normal wear and tear, late departures, extra cleaning fees, and smoking would cause partial or full loss of deposit.
