Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July weekends rates will not included in rates quoted above. Prices do not reflect 9.775% taxes. First two night\'s rent required to confirm reservation. Balance and $200 security/damage check due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, Owner will make every attempt to re-book the time period. If the reservation is re-booked, you will be refunded 90% of the Total Due. If the reservation cannot be re-booked, monies will be refunded based on cancellation dates as stated below. If there is a Balance Due when canceling within 60 days of the Occupancy date per the schedule below, you will promptly submit Balance.

61 or more days prior to Occupancy: 80% Refund
46-60 days prior to Occupancy: 50% Refund
45 days prior Occupancy: No Refund
