Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.

A $200.00 Security/reservation Deposit is required upon booking to close calendar dates. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection and cleaning of the unit minus the $95.00 cleaning fee.

 
Cancellation Policy: 45 day cancellation policy required for 100% booking refund. After 45 days 50% of booking will be refuned.

 
Rules: This is a NON-smoking unit and NO PETS are permitted.
