	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. 1 bedroom unit $125.00 per night (Unit #1) 2 bedroom unit $215.00 per night (Unit #2) Whole (both units) $270 - 310 per night. Ask about sole occupant if traveling with a pet. Check, credit card, cash,traveler checks all welcome. MasterCard, Visa, Amer. Express, Discover. Credit card to hold reservation; one day charge possible within 30 days of check in.
	Cancellation Policy: 2weeks prior to check in for no cost right to change arrival or check out date, number of people in the party, cancellation.
	Rules: Request to bring a dog or horse(s) must be done at time of reservation. Cleaning fee applies in summer for one night stay ($35). Smoking outside only.
