All rates in US Dollars.
Deposit - 50%. Remaining 50% due at checkin plus 3.7% salex tax.
Security Deposit will be a valid credit card. Any damages or theft will
charged following an inspection of the home. Replacement rates apply.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 60 days - full refund minus $75 administration fee. Cancellations 30 - 60 days - 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days - no refund. Owner suggests travel insurance.
