Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars
Credit card on file for cleaning deposit if needed.
Deposit for reservations - 50% of condo rate.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund upto 30 days prior to reservation.
No refunds after 30 days grace period.
Holidays and special event weeks are a 100% non-refundable.

Rules:
2 Bedroom condo 3 night minimum required.
No smoking is allowed in the condos.
We allow some pets with a non-refundable pet deposit.

Welcome to LakeShore Marina Condos.
Our Condos are conveniently located right across from the Inlet Bay Marina on Horsetooth reservoir in the Foothills of the Colorado Rockies. Only 15 minutes away from Downtown Fort Collins, 30 minutes to Estes Park, and the Poudre Canyon. Wether your trip is for business, or pleasure, we're sure you will enjoy the tranquility and wildlife that is provided at no extra cost.
All our condos have a beautiful view of Horsetooth Reservoir, and are located right across from the Inlet Bay Marina. With Horsetooth being the largest lake in Colorado, you will have plenty of room to fish, water ski, boat, and swim.
With the Mountains this close in your back yard, the only stress we hope you have is deciding whether you should go, hiking, biking, bird watching or horseback riding.
