  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: All rates are in USA dollars. We request a 2 night deposit with the reservation and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cash, money order or personal checks are accepted.
 
Cancellation Policy: We have reserved our condominium for you during prime vacation time. Therefore, it is necessary for us to institute the following cancellation policy: A $50 handling fee is retained if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance will be credited to a future stay. The 2 night deposit will be forfeited for any cancellation between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date. Half the rental fee will be forfeited for any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Balance will be refunded. (No refund for Christmas reservations.)
