Payment Policy: All rates are in US Funds

$200 holding/damage deposit required to hold booking. Full payment due within 30 days of arrival. Payment may be by personal check, cashiers check, or PayPal.

Pets & Smoking: No pets are permitted in this unit. Smoking is not permitted in this unit.

 
Cancellation Policy: Holding deposits are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the rental rate will be forfeited. No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are non-refundable.

 
Rules: Reasonable cleaning services such as changing linens and towels after departure, vacuuming, putting away dishes, wiping down counter tops, and restocking soaps and coffee are included in the rental rate.

Pets & Smoking: No pets are permitted in this unit. Smoking is not permitted in this unit.
