Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
4 Night Minimum. Based on Occupancy of 14 Persons.
$250 reservation/security deposit is required to reserve your stay for groups of 8 or less. For groups of 9 or more, a $500 reservation/security deposit is required at the time of resevation. 50% is due 45 days before arrival. The final 50% payment in is required 10 days prior to arrival. The security and reservation deposit will be promptly returned upon satisfactory check-out.
We have weekly and nightly (4 nights min.) rates for groups of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12,14, and 16 quests. Please inquire!

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 45 days in advance will receive a full refund less $100 service fee. Cancellations made fewer than 45 days in advance, all monies are forfeited unless the home is re-booked; then the amount recovered is refunded less a $100 service fee.

The home will be exceptionally clean upon arrival. Daily cleanliness is the responsibility of guests. A reasonable allotment of time is allowed for cleaning upon departure.
As for this home, the master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the living room, vaulted ceilings, bathroom with two sinks, and large tub/shower with dual showerheads. There's a second master suite with attached bathroom plus another bath and bedroom and a game room with pool table in the lower level (making 6 sleeping rooms plus 5 baths). The home also includes a spectacular and enchanting five foot tall all glass free-standing fireplace, very private deck, and three car attached garage with plenty of parking.
