  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: There is a $200 refundable deposit due at time of reservation. 50% is due 30 days from time of making a reservation. The additional 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival, all funds will be returned less $50 bookkeeping charge. If cancelled within the 30 days of arrival, if the house can be rebooked all funds that are collected will be returned.
 
Rules: all houses have individual rules in the house.
