Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.

$200 refundable deposit due at time of reservation. 50% due 30 days after reservation has been booked and the other 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival all funds but $50 will be refunded. Within the 30 days only if we can rebook the property for the same amount or more will we refund any funds.
