Payment Policy: Rates vary, reflecting season, self-catering vs. breakfast service, pets, etc. Please contact us for a specific quote matching your circumstances. Lodge B&B rooms $99-125 each or $200 for both (no pets). Log Cabin - self-catering for 1-4 ppl. (one dog with permission) Summer $175 Oct - April $150. B&B also available summer($7 per person) Guest House (all rates are self-catering only, one dog with permission) 1 bedroom side $125 2 bedroom side $189 Sole occupancy (rent either above and we guarantee the other side will not be rented) $225 - 250 Whole (both sides) $270 - 289 Weekly or monthly rates available, Nov. thru April for log cabin or guest house. Tax rate of 5.25% not included in the above We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, traveler check, personal check, US Dollars.

 
Cancellation Policy: Change of reservation policy: 10 day notice required for modification of room reservations for lodge or log cabn. Two weeks notice required all year for rental of the whole Guest House. Changes include: Cancellation --with full refund of deposit. Change in arrival/departure date. Otherwise guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved. Do not rely on email to cancel or change a reservation. Please call.

 
Rules: We are a non-smoking facility, with smoking allowed outdoors in designated areas.
