	Payment Policy: Rates in US Funds 1/2 deposit is due to hold reservation, and 1/2 due 2 weeks prior to arrival. There is a separate cleaning fee of $75. Rates are for a 3 night minimum to 10 nights. Ask about a discount for extended stays.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable, unless property can be re-rented for time period originally booked, less $100 cancellation fee.
	Rules: Pets allowed with $100 deposit. $50 additional cleaning fee.
