Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars
Year round rate $600 per night 4 night minimum stay.
Security deposit $500.00 A deposit of One Half is due within 10 business days from day of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment by personal check.

 
Cancellation Policy: The One Half deposit will be forfitted for cancellation.

 
Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their Security Deposit ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN HOUSE: Smoking is permitted on decks. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. GARBAGE: Please place all garbage on back deck. It will be picked up from there. Please tie garage bags prior to placing garbage on back deck. All furniture should be in same place as it was upon arrival. Check under beds and furniture for personal belongings. Leave key on Kitchen Counter as you leave.
