Cancellation Policy: 60+ days -- 100% refund less $30 processing fee; 30-60 days – 75% refund less $35 processing fee, 15-30 days – 50% refund less $35 processing fee; <14 days – no refund will be issued for cancellations unless weather and/or road conditions cause cancellation.
 
Rules: Rates are based on occupancy of four people.
