Luxury Mountain Retreat -- Great Value and Perfect for Groups or 2 Families!

Payment Policy: US Dollars. 30% deposit to lock in reservation; balance due at least 30 days prior to stay. Payment via personal check preferred, although Paypal is fine for the deposit. Security deposit of $150, via check, returned or shredded if no damage done to house or excessive cleaning required. Smoking in house will forfeit ENTIRE security deposit -- please NO SMOKING.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations after only deposit is made, 1/2 of deposit refunded. For cancellations after full payment made and within 30 days prior to arrival, no refund if we can't rebook. Refund -- minus 15% admin fee -- given ONLY if we are able to rebook for the same timeframe. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Pet Friendly with prior permission and nominal pet fee -- ask for details. Absolutely no smoking.
