  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Regular Season - 2 nights per cabin per each week booked

High Season - 3 nights per cabin per each week booked

Deposit must be received within 10 days of booking. Balance, plus 7.4% sales tax is due on arrival.
 
Cancellation Policy: High season - 45 days. All other times 30 days. After cancellation date, deposit will be refunded only if the cabin is rerented for the entire period of the reservation. A $20.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations
 
Rules: You will be held responsible for the entire reservation unless cancelled as per our policy. There will be no refunds for early departures.
