	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars, and subject to change until booking is confirmed. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and on a typical 5-7 nite stay. Shorter stays are sometimes available, at slightly higher rates. Call us anytime, or email us, for more info. Beyond the first two guests, children under eighteen are typically $75 per stay (not per night). Additional adults are typically $150 per stay (not per night). Summer Value/Winter Value... $249/nite Most Festivals/Holiday weeks... $295/nite Bluegrass, Film, and Blues&Brews Festivals... $349/nite Presidents' Day Holiday Week... $349/nite Xmas and New Year's Holiday weeks... $395/nite Peak Fall Colors... $279/nite Spring/Fall Offseasons... $199/nite
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival, we'll credit your entire deposit -- less only a $75 cancellation/rescheduling fee -- towards a future stay of five nights or more, with no blackout dates or expiration, as long as we own the property. If you must cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, we'll make every effort to rebook your nights, and if we can, you'll receive a credit per above. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival and we cannot rebook, no credit can be issued. No credits or refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.

MAID SERVICE :

A cleaning fee is waived with your stay of five or more nights. Daily maid service is not included; however, a mid-stay housekeeping visit is included with your stay of over a week. Add'l. maid service during your stay is available for a reasonable fee. At anytime during your stay, we gladly provide add'l. towels, linens, etc. without charge. Note also that See Forever Cottage includes your own private laundry facilities en suite.
