	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars; Summer Value Rates: $249/nite Winter Value Rates: $249/nite Peak Fall Colors: $279/nite Bluegrass, Film, and Blues&Brews Fesivals: $349/nite Christmas/New Year's Holiday: $395/nite Spring/Fall Off Seasons: $199 Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and on a typical 5-7 nite stay. Shorter stays are sometimes available, at slightly higher rates. Call us anytime or email us for more info. Beyond the first two guests, children under eighteen are typically $75 per stay (not per night). Additional adults are typically $150 per stay (not per night).

MAID SERVICE :
