Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in US dollars.Owner accepts personal checks and cashiers checks, we do not accept credit cards. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking our home. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A second check for a $500 refundable damage/security deposit is also due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage/securiy deposit is refundable if there is no damage or extra ordinary cleaning upon departure.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $300. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

Rules: This a no smoking home. Local calls are free, long distance calls are blocked. Please use your calling card, or cell phone.
