  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars Cleaning Surcharge of $80 will be added to the bill for each stay. $250 damage deposit/reservation hold required. Total balance due 10 days prior to stay. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 15 days of rental is non-refundable unless rented again.

  MAID SERVICE :
  Maid service not included. The condo will be equipped with all towels, linens, etc needed for stay. Laundry facility is located at the clubhouse if needed. There is an additional $80 cleaning fee on all stays.
