Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars;
President's, MLK & Mar 01-April 1, and July 4 week 2008=$495/night M-Thurs, $555/night Fri-Sun, 4 night min.
Nightly rates include Monday-Thursday;Weekend rates include Friday-Sunday.
Cleaning charge of $165 will apply if minimum stay is not met.
50% deposit required upon booking, balance due prior to arrival.
Stay one week, get the 8th night free at all times except Prime and March! New snow in November 2007!
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:
Will attempt to re-book for a similar time period (subject to availability). Sorry, no refunds unless we are able to re-book (and then subject to $165 cancellation/cleaning fee).

Rules:
No pets, no smoking. Please, only 7 in hot tub, do NOT press "Settings" and use only white towels for the spa. Close all windows and doors upon leaving, and do not turn heat temperature under 60 degrees. Call 303-929-2242 with questions or to report damage, and have a great time!
