Payment Policy: All Funds in US Dollars
A deposit of 20% is required at booking with the balance due 2 weeks before occupancy. A tax of 8% of the rental rate is required. A security deposit is required and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and any pet arrangements made. Security deposits may be used for excessive cleaning, property damage, missing items, or disturbance calls. Security refunds are made within 10 business days following departure. Personal check, Visa, or Mastercard are acceped forms of payment. No cashiers check allowed.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a processing fee of $35.00. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 3 business days prior to arrival there is a fee up to 20% of the rental rate, or 1 night rent, or $300.00; whichever is greater. No refunds, less 3 business days before arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: PETS - A single small pet will be considered with an additional security fee. GARBAGE - A dumpster is available across the parking lot in an open shed for garbage disposal SMOKING - Absolutely no smoking is permitted in the unit. Smoking is allowed on the balcony outside the patio doors. Please dispose of cigaretts butts properly. FIREPLACE - Firewood is available outside on the balcony Follow the directions provided and please be sure the flue is open before lighting a fire. PARKING - Parking is available immediately in front of the building. Please allow the association space and time for snow removal. TELEPHONE - Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. INTERNET - Wireless internet is available at the clubhouse. No additional fee is required. Some condo's which are closer may be able to access this connection from their unit. LINEN - Clean linen and towels are available. For lengthier stays check with the property manager where you checked in for a free linen exchange. OWNER'S PROPERTY - The 2 drawers near the kitchen window are locked and contain owner's personal belongings. Please be respectful. PARTIES - No House Parties. Please be respectful to our neighbors. No loud parties or extra guests. No music outside after 10:00 P.M. You will lose your entire security deposit if the police are called and come to the property for any disturbance. DEPARTURE - All moved furniture should be returned to the same place it was found. The thermostat should be left at 55 degrees in the winter and 78 degrees for air conditioning in the summer. Be sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Check under beds and in drawers for personal belongings. Return keys to the property management company where you checked in.
