	Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars. # 50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation # Full prepayment is due30 days prior to arrival # Check out cleaning required, maid service available at additional charge. # Minimum 3 night stay required in off season rentals. # All rates are subject to change. # Check in time is 32:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. # No Smoking # No Pets Allowed # Guests bring own sheets and towels # Sheets and towels can be provided for additional charge # $100 security deposit with prepayment. # Visa and Master Card Accepted # A $100 damage deposit is required with final prepayment. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure
	Cancellation Policy: # A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservation # For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. # Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee
