POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds The Sea Colony Recreation Association requires a $35 per person (over 4 year of age) of all renters for beach, pool, tennis courts, and shuttle access during high season. Reduced rates apply before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. The fee includes parking.
	Cancellation Policy: If Owner obtains a reservation for the canceled period for the same base charge, owner shall refund all amount paid in excess of 25% of the base charge. In the event the Owner does not obtain reservation for the entire period of time, all monies deposited shall be forfeited.
	Rules: During the high seasons a one week stay is preferred. On off periods, or within 3 weeks of arrival time, weekends are available. Usually with a 3 nights minimum. The above rates are subject to change without notice.
	Check In Time: 3 pm Check Out Time: 10 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

House is cleaned by the owners prior to each week. Or stays over one week, the house will be cleaned upon request.
