Payment Policy: The property rents on a first come, first serve basis with a $200 security deposit and a signed agreement locking the date. The rental is usually for check in Sunday after 3PM and check out Sat. by noon. The rental base rate is $165 a night with a minimum of 6 nights. Rules: We do not rent to student age groups (high school, undergrad, or grad); or anyone where the responsible contract parties are 21 years or younger.
