POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Deposit is required to reserve condo (usually $600). Remainder is due when you arrive. A cleaning fee of $80 and Sales tax of 10% apply to each stay
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable in case of emergency if we are notified at least six weeks prior to expected arrival. Deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs within six weeks of expected arrival.
	Rules: Pets are allowed after approval by owner. Pet fee does apply. Guests are asked to bring personal blankets for pets. Please do not allow pets on furniture without covering. Pets must be on a leash when outside and on the beach. Owners are expected to pick up after their pets.
