	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. ALL RATES ARE PLUS FLORIDA SALES & TOURIST TAX - CURRENTLY 10.5% UP TO 2 EXTRA GUESTS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT OF THE OWNERS IN THE 2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND 1 IN THE 1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS, A CHARGE OF $15 PER PERSON PER DAY OR NIGHT WILL APPLY. FOR WEEKEND STAYS (MINIMUM RENTAL 2 NIGHTS) & A SURCHARGE OF $10 A NIGHT APPLIES. HOLIDAY PERIODS HAVE A 1 WEEK MINIMUM STAY AND ARE CHARGED AT THE HIGH SEASON RATE .
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
