Payment Policy: Minimum Rental Length is 2 months. When Booking a Reservation: $500 Security Deposit Required $100 Application Fee (non-refundable) to Spoonbill Association if it is 1st time staying here. Returning quests do not need to pay Application Fee. All taxes included in fee. A $210 Cleaning Fee is charge to all rentals.
 
Rules: - No Smoking Allowed - No Pets Allowed - Tenants must be at least 25 years of age
