POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars or money can be wired transfered. Two-week minimum stay, $175.00 per night, 10.5% tax (Subject to change), $350 Security Deposit (Refundable), There is an additional charge of $10.00 per night per person for more than 4 guests, Payment accepted: personal check. A $350 security deposit will be due upon execution and return of a lease agreement plus a total of 25% of the total lease amount which includes the tax. The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to occupancy otherwise the 25% deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be rented. The security deposit of $350 will be returned upon notice of cancellation or 30 days following occupancy.
