	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. 12.5% Florida lodging taxes not included in rates. Payments should be made by credit card (click "Pay Now" below). Full payment required to book daily, weekly or monthly rentals (see info below). Security deposit of $300 and copy of driver's license due 60 days before check-in date. Security deposit refundable 30 days after check-out (provided no damage or charges). Cleaning fee $150; excess cleaning (more than normal or machine) additional $150.
	Cancellation Policy: No refunds until dates rebooked; no refund within 90 days. Cancellation fee of 5% (transactions costs/processing). Refunds processed within 30 days.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Strictly no smoking or pets.
