	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. WEEKLY 1 to 2 people $675/wk....one week $650/wk....two weeks $625/wk....three weeks $525/wk....four weeks Add $50 per week for each additional person up to eight. Add 12% Florida Tax. Check in at 5pm.....Check out 10am. WEEKENDS 1 To 2 people....$400. $50 each additional person to maximum of eight. Add 12% Florida Tax. Check in 5pm Fri, depart 2pm Sun
	Cancellation Policy: Reservation/Security Deposit could be withheld if cancellation is within one month of arrival.
	Rules: $350.00 Reservation/Security Deposit required. This is returned by check after departure. No children, pets or smoking. The house is not to be used as a gathering place, or for large parties. Certainly small groups of friends and relatives are welcome to visit. Any change to the Agreement or rules outlined here will require discussion with the owner, and possible adjustment to the Agreement.
