Payment Policy: Long-term rentals sought- (6) mos. plus. Contact owner for availability & latest rates: 631-265-2571 Minimum Stay Required by Town of Atlantic Beach $90 Cleaning Fee $150 Security (damage) Deposit. Sec. Deposit is refunded within 2 weeks following your departure and an inspection.
 
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100, if a replacement can be obtained. For cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival, there are no refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
 
Check In Time: 3 P.M.
Check Out Time: 10 A.M.
